Client Satisfaction
The exterior of our modular houses is specially designed to suit European market preferences. We offer a high-quality exterior finish, featuring classic tin and thermo wood. Our houses also include premium, black-coloured casement windows with a modern aluminium profile, suitable for winter conditions.
The standard house is provided without an interior finish-there is no electricity or plumbing installation included. We do not offer a complete interior finish due to varying requirements in different countries and transportation constraints. The visualisations are provided solely to help customers better understand how many rooms and spaces can be accommodated in this mobile house.
The house features a 15 cm insulated frame, with a total wall thickness of approximately 20 cm. The insulation consists of mineral wool covered with a special foil, which further enhances thermal performance.
Our company will take care of transporting your modular house to your country. The cost of transportation is not included in the house price; it is an additional charge. So you don’t have to worry about anything
The overall construction and approximate house dimensions are determined by transportation requirements, while also ensuring there is enough space for comfortable living. This interior wall layout is the most convenient and popular among our customers!
